After seeing a homeless person denied food being discarded after a food festival, Michael Airhart created his own version of the festival for the homeless in Chicago. 10 years later, he continues to advocate and cook for them. See how his story came to be.

With covid-19 on the rise and millions of restaurant workers becoming unemployed, MOMS Chicago and MARZ Brewery created Community Kitchen to employ former restaurant workers to create gourmet meals for their community who were food insecure.

Uncommon Ground, located in Edgewater and Lakeview neighborhoods of Chicago, bring farm to table concept to those they serve. With the first and only organic brewery in Chicago, their mission of clean and tasty food is their goal.

Strewn Chicago is a new plant shop on the lower west side of Pilsen in Chicago. Former floral artist, Michelle and Laurie, truly make the place unique for all who visit them. They also partnered with local artist to carry some of their products in store. The space is for everyone but also for artist to sell their work. They hope to open their downstairs studio for different design classes post covid
